2) Responsibility and age
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal right and ability to enter into this agreement and to use this website in accordance with terms and conditions herein, you agree:

3) The airporthotelink shall not be liable to passengers for any loss, consequential loss or damages which might arise from delays, whilst every effort will be made to ensure that the luxury cars transfer you to the agreed pick up times/schedules the company will not be liable for delays or detentions caused by circumstances beyond its control including adverse traffic or mechanical breakdown or airport security conditions.
4) All luggage is carried out at passengers own risk and the airporthotelink reserves the right at any time to refuse to carry unusually heavy/bulky baggages
5) Passengers are responsible for any injury, damage or loss to the company's vehicles or staff by luggage brought by them on to the company's vehicles except where this injury, damage or loss is caused by the neglect or default of the company, staff or agent.
6) Passengers are responsible for any injury, damages or loss to other persons caused by luggage brought on to the company's vehicles and shall indemnify the company against any liability to other persons for nay resultant injury, damage or loss except where this injury,damage or loss is caused by neglect or default of the company, its staff or agents.
7) Should a vehicle not be available due to breakdown or traffic conditions we will seek to send a replacement vehicle within a reasonable time.
8) Special Offers/Welcome Packs/Promotions
Airporthotelink.com time to time provides free maps, with discount claims at listed restaurants and at many attractions with smart cards.,these would be handed over to you at the time of arrival. Please note such services discounts/special offers/promotions are a acceptable with its own terms of conditions by the promoter not by the Airporthotelink.com, for any variation on these offers, orthogonalisation will not accept any liability or any loss.
9) All payments are accepted by credit cards on-line, no payments to be made to the driver at any time, once the on-line payment is made, there is no other charges due from the client,. Therefore do not pay cash or any form of payments to the driver at any circumstances.
10) Privacy Policy

11) Insurance Policy for Passengers
The airporthotelink maintain a policy of insurance against personal injury to passengers whilst transmit subject to the terms and conditions of the policy. Although vehicles are fully insured for passengers and third party claims under British Law, customers properties are carried entirely at their own risk and Company shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damages to such property.
12) Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be be governed by, and constructed in accordance with, English law, We both parties agree that the Courts of England shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes which may arise out of, under, or in connection with this agreement.
