Q: How do we find the chauffeur after our flight arrival?
A: Our drivers will meet their passengers at the exit from the customs hall inside the airport terminal. Drivers will hold a sign with the passenger name written on and help with baggage. The airport can be very crowded at times, therefore if you cannot see your chauffeur please call or text for assistance on telephone no 077513 80000.
Q: What happens if the flight is delayed?
A: All flight arrival times are checked with the airline. Should you arrive early or late (no matter how late!) there will still be a driver to meet you at no extra charge.
Q: How long will the driver wait for us to clear customs?
A: The driver will normally wait for 60 minutes before making inquiries with the airline, customs or immigration and making a paging call. Only after all this and there is no sign of the passenger will the driver will leave the airport. If you are delayed in customs or baggages for more than one hour after arrival please call our emergency contact no 077513 80000 ensure that your driver will wait.
Q: How long is the trip between the airport & London?
A: The total trip time between airport terminal & city location takes from 45-60 minutes (Heathrow) & 75-90 minutes (Gatwick) depending on time of day and traffic conditions.
Q: Do your driver have cell phones?
A: Yes. All our drivers carry cell phones. They are constantly in contact with our office.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept only major Credit Card payments in advance. Please do not pay cash to the diver,
Q: Is there are any other payments required?
There is no other cash or credit payments, this includes no parking, no congestion charge, waiting charge for delays, tipping not recommended.
Q: How and when do I pay for our online booking?
All credit cards transactions are processed via Secure Online Payment Provider “WorldPay” payment, once you have reserved your booking, Worldpay will confirm your payments with merchant account no and the payment confirmation number for your reference. Immediately after payments confirmed airporthotelink.com will send you a confirmation details of your transfer.
Airporthotelink will guarantee best possible protection against online fraud. WorldPay uses up to date protection systems against your credit card payments.
What is our customer care policy?
Airporthotelink endeavor to make a transfer as easy, reliable and enjoyable as possible. Though out our fault, our standards do not meet expectations we investigate every incident thoroughly and respond accordingly.
Do we transfer between any Airports?
Airporthotelink only supply a service between Greater and Central London hotels and the three London airports, Gatwick, stanstead and Heathrow.
Do we run similar transfer services from any other airports?
At the moment we only operate to and from Gatwick, stanstead, London City Airport, and All terminals from London Heathrow Airport.
Do we reserve or supply hotel accommodation?
Yes we have selected London hotels whereby reservation can be made on behalf you provided contact us within one week in advance with your requirements for example Type of Room, No of Nights, Your budget per Night, etc.
